Mahindra
XUV 500 is amidst one of the top selling cars in India. The company
plans to add two more variants to the stable making to a total of five.
This will also give more options to the customers since they can choose
from more features and options. The base variant of Mahindra XUV 500
comes with a W 6 engine and 2-wheel drive option. The two other
variants come with engine configuration of W 8 and 4-wheel drive option.
The engine specifications are as follows.
Option
of W6 and W8 engine 2.2 liter CRD engine 142 PS power 320 nm torque
Starting price of INR 11.50 lakhs. With the introduction of new
variants, Mahindra plans to strengthen its market share in the SUV
segment. The new variants will also give a number of options to the
customers. One of the new variants will touch the price bracket of 15
lakhs and will be likely to come with a host of new and high-end
