2011 Mini Cooper

In 2011, only a slight change in style. New color, trim, has a larger grille and lower. This car was redesigned two-dial audio controls, a variety of new materials and color choices, and less support more black chrome. With six airbags, anti-lock brakes, and stability control standard across the lineup, the Cooper is a safe small car. Though the NHTSA and IIHS have not yet tested the 2011 MINI Cooper, the 2010 results from the NHTSA scored five-star rollover ratings. Available options include Xenon headlamps safety, parking sensors, and run-flat tires (standard on the Cooper S). The Cooper convertible models add 16-inch alloy wheels and a full power convertible top That includes a sunroof feature. The Cooper S adds 16-inch wheels, a turbocharged engine, firmer suspension tuning, foglamps, sports seats and alloy pedals. The Cooper S Sport package adds 17-inch wheels, xenon headlights, traction control and hood stripes.

The 2011 Mini Cooper comes with a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine good for 121 hp and 114 pound-feet of torque. Mini estimate a manually-equipped hatchback will of go from zero to 60 mph in 8.4 seconds (9.7 seconds with the automatic). EPA-estimated fuel economy is 29 mpg city/37 mpg highway and 32 mpg combined with the manual (27/35/31 convertible) and 28/36/31 with the automatic. Mini estimates 0-60 mph acceleration in 6.6 seconds for the manual and 6.8 seconds for the automatic. A six-speed manual is the only available transmission. Fuel economy is 25/33/28.

BMW E39 M5 Business Car

The 2000 model year e39 M5 got a few face lifts over the prior year. These cars are easily identifiable with the circular surrounds in the headlamps and the auto leveling bi-xenon low beams. These became a BMW M5 signature element more affectionately known in the BMW e39 M5 community as "angel eyes". And they look really cool, especially at night. Many e39 m5 owners upgrade them with a more color matched LED from aftermarket parts suppliers so they look like the same as the xenon headlights.Some other great features that BMW M engineers put into this great car for the year 2000 was three position memory control for their awesome electric powered front seats. Other electronic gadgetry that was upgraded included a six compact disk audio system - the only drawback being that the head unit was in the trunk.

Of particular contention is BMW's PDC for e39 m5 - Park Distance Control. These used e39 m5's are actually quite big as cars go - however, they are quite easy to park. Yet, if you shank one of their beautiful wheels, you have created quite a problem for yourself as any off-balancing in any wheel is going to create quite a shudder at high speed and wear out those high performance tires. Fuel economy remains quite low for a 2000 e39 m5. But what can you expect for a high performance sedan that seats four, no make that five adults in total comfort at 155 mph? Rain sensing wipers were a very popular option in the 2000 model year and they work quite well with a low and high setting. Another fun and useful feature introduced in the 2000 bmw m5 is an auto down-tilting passenger mirror when the transmission is placed into reverse gear.

Safety features included the first application of tubular head airbags on both sides of the car, which come out of the ceiling.Note that some owners have noticed even firmer suspension tuning from the factory in this model year compared with previous models. Many of the performance tuners really got their game on by this year and there were many useful, yet expensive modifications available such as chips and other engine mods. All said, a 2000 BMW m5 remained the 'businessman's express' for this year - relatively quiet, very comfortable and unequalled in power and handling. Arriving in this car will convey modesty - but to the knowning eye, an appreciation for what remains one of the best values in the performance aftermarket used car space.

2011 Ford Pickup Truck

Ford is a big car companies, including the type of pickup truck. And Ford has recently withdrew its 1.1 million pickup trucks that indicated danger of fuel tank fires. Might be due to the fuel tank on a Ford truck has not met the standards. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said on its website Monday that the metal straps holding the tank can rust, allowing them to fall, break and burn. Guilt has been charged with eight fires, three of which spread to the rest of the car. One person was injured, suffering burns of first and second, spokesman Wes Sherwood said Ford.

According to figures provided by Ford, on the road the F-150 2011 equipped with an engine of 3.7 liter V6 has a consumption of 23 miles per gallon (10.2 liters per 100 kilometers) while equipped with the most powerful 5-liter V8 uses 21 miles per gallon (11.2 liters per 100 kilometers). In the city, and 4×2 configuration, the use of the F-150 2011 increased to 16 miles per gallon (14.7 liters per 100 kilometers) to the model with the 3.7-liter engine and 15 miles per gallon ( 15.6 liters per 100 kilometers) for 5 liters. “The range of new engines for Ford F-150 2011 is focused on providing the matters to most consumers, the most powerful in its class, capacity, reliability and lower consumption,” said a Vice President of Engineering at Ford Motor Plant. The automaker said that 70% of the owners of the F-150 stated that they would most like to see improved in the vehicle’s fuel consumption. The F-150 2011 will also be available with a new 6.2-liter engine V8 and a 3.5-liter EcoBoost. The latter will be available in early 2011 while the other versions will be available at dealerships later this year.

2013 Ford Focus Coupe

Ford is going full force with its latest generation Focus that is currently available in a variety of body styles including a five-door hatchback, a four-door sedan, a station wagon and a pair of MPVs that carry the C-MAX moniker. A three-door hatchback is on its way while we have also heard talk about a convertible and possibly a compact coupe model.

Enter the world of independent designer David Cardoso whose previous work on conceptual studies includes the Renault Twist, Audi Hydron concept, Cobalt coupe and the Mitsubishi Flexis. Cardoso rendered a sporty-looking and compact-sized coupe based on the latest Focus with which Ford could compete with the likes of Honda’s CR-Z in the States and the Peugeot RCZ in Europe.The Ford Focus Coupé is a 2+2 seat concept car inspired by the 2011 Ford Focus. The coupé has a more aggressive appearance and chrome accents. It is lower than the 2011 Ford Focus and could be positioned in the category of the Peugeot RCZ / Honda CR-Z.  just take a look at this photo.
